A world of opportunity awaits students who are interested in working to make the artistic vision of theatre and dance productions a reality on stage.

Working alongside professional artists at the renowned Pittsburgh Playhouse and in the burgeoning Pittsburgh theatre community, students in these programs will gain concrete, hands-on experience working on a wide variety of stage productions.

Whether it is in technical direction, costume design, lighting design, scenic design, sound design, or stage management, the Conservatory provides superior training in a creative and challenging environment.

In video below, hear from the department heads in technical theatre, design and stage management.
