Career Development Center staff members can help you to develop your educational and career paths so that you reach your end goals.
Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student — or have already graduated — if you need help with a resume, want to be prepared for an interview, are looking for a full- or part-time jobs or an internship, or need some career and/or education direction, Career Development staff members are your resource.
As director of the Career Development Center, Scaramucci oversees the daily functions of the office and the career counseling team to serve the needs of Point Park students and alumni. In particular, she develops relationships with internal partners across campus and external partners with the goal of increasing internship and employment opportunities.
Scaramucci oversees and manages specific events including employer on-campus recruitments, career fairs and employer receptions, and handles internship and job postings. She is also a Point Park instructor, teaching the Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management Career Preparation course in the School of Business.

Boucek is a member of the Public Relations Association of America, Pittsburgh Council on Higher Education and the Media Association of Pittsburgh to help her stay on top of the many facets of the communication field.
Boucek focuses on helping students with writing and resume workshops. She is active with various communication-focused organizations on campus, including the Advertising Federation and Public Relations Student Society of America.
Boucek is Myers Briggs Type Indicator certified and has extensive experience using the MBTI in career counseling, leadership training, personal growth and development, teaching style and learning style.

As the career counselor for business students (and alumni), Dulaney stays on top of business-related issues through her involvement with PCKIZ and WestPACS. You'll often find her presenting to business classes across campus, like SAEM classes, on how to approach career development.
Along with collaborating with Point Park’s Athletic Department to conduct career development presentations to student athletes, Dulaney presents during the career preparation course each semester to Sport, Arts and Entertainment Management students.
She is Myers Briggs Type Indicator certified and brings eight years of experience in Values, Skills and Interest Inventories.

Career Counselor — School of Arts and Sciences
Erin believes the career development process is an adventure, and she works closely with School of Arts and Sciences students and alumni to provide feedback and encouragement during their career journeys. Her goal is to invite students and alumni to self reflect and challenge themselves to create resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and job applications that not only stand out, but shine in a pile of similar documents.
She is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is a member of the National Career Development Association, National Association of Colleges and Employers, American School Counselor Association, Pittsburgh Education Recruitment Consortium and WestPACS.

Career Counselor - Conservatory of Performing Arts
Ritter combines her career development and recruiting background with involvement in the Women in Film & Media and National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) to help students understand and strive to attain the professional standards of their specific industries. She investigates and reviews career development resources and regularly connects with students, faculty, alumni and industry professionals to build networks and assure that Conservatory of Performing Arts students approach career development in line with current trends.
She also plans and organizes the annual Etiquette Dinner and various workshops and seminars to help students develop essential career building skills.
Ritter is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
