Alumni & Student Mixer in Washington, D.C.

Point Park’s School of Communication and Honors Program students and faculty are visiting Washington, D.C. to explore the city and experience our nation’s top media outlets and sites. The only element missing is you!

Join us on Friday, Oct. 27 from 5-7 p.m. at the Elephant & Castle in downtown D.C. for a happy hour mixer with alumni, students, and faculty including Helen Fallon, Bob O’Gara, Camille Downing and Ben Schonberger.

The cost is $10 per person and appetizers along with non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. There is also a bar where drinks can be purchased.

Please join us on Saturday, Dec. 9 for a brunch and show in celebration of the holiday season. Enjoy a delicious brunch, good conversation, and updates on all that is happening at Point Park. Following brunch, join us for the 12 p.m. showing of A Musical Christmas Carol at the Byham Theater. *The Office of Alumni Relations is offering tickets to this performance at a discounted price.

In honor of the holiday season, we will be collecting nonperishable and canned food items to donate to the new Point Park University Food Pantry founded by students in the doctoral program in Community Engagement. All donations are greatly appreciated.
